Product: HP ENVY 7855

I can not scan documents to my personal email address. (I can scan documents to other email accounts).  Tried to delete the email address fro the printer but received a message that there is an error in the email or PIN.   Tried the “forgot pin” but the printer responds that a resetting :code has been sent to my email” but I do not receive  the email with the code.   I tried to re-enter/sign my email account but receive message that the email address already exist. 

The email account is working as I am receiving emails.  The only emails that I am not receiving are from the HP ENVY 7855.  

 

Your assistance/guidance is appreciated.
