Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
after starting HP Solution Center I get the following screen.

Restarting the PC and reinstalling the software did not solve the problem.
"HP Print and Scan Doctor" did not solve the problem either.
What can I do?

I have exactly the same problem opening HP Solution centre with the same image appearing. I have an HP Photosmart 4480

Product:  C310 printer

Problem:  'HP Solution Center' will not open.   tried deleting and re-loaded.  Tried   HP Printer and scanner Doctor.  Tried on-line support.
