I just replaced the "4 Pack" HP ink 564 Cartridges  and I am trying to make a copy of a document.  It is not copying.  I went to the "Tools" setting and chose the  "Clean the Cartrdiges".  When it printed out the results, all the ink showed fine, except the "Black" cartridge.  I tried numerous times to make a copy of my document, choosing "Black only" and also  "Color".  Neither was successful.  Needless to say it cost me $132.00 for the cartridges, and my printer is still not able to make a copy, either in Black or in Color.  Is there any way to fix this problem or is my printer "unrepairable"? And, if not, did I just throw $132.00 for the ink cartridges  down the toilet?? Please advise.  Thank you!!!!
