RETURNING PRINTER

I HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER AND OVER TO GET THE LABEL OR WHATEVER I NEED TO RETURN MY PRINTER. MY FIRST PRINTER WENT OUT AND THE COMPANY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD SEND THE PAPERS OR WHATEVER I NEEDED TO SEND THE OLD ONE BACK (THAT IT WOULD BE IN THE BOX)!! GUESS WHAT? NOTHING!! I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS AND EACH REP TELLS ME THEY ARE GOING TO SEND IT!!! NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME BECAUSE THE OLD ONE HASN'T BEEN RETURNED!!! AND IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!!! SO CN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!????
