Scanned many documents yesterday, everything OK. Today the scanned documents have multiple black lines across the document. Tried scanning a blank document and it is just the same. Thoroughly cleaned the surfaces but made no difference. BADSCAN.jpeg

Printed a document and the printout was perfect. It is only the scanner that is causing a problem.
