Recover scan documents

Hi, last week I did scan some documents from my smartphone camera and saved them as ".pdf" but unfortunately this smartphone is no longer working. 

Is there any chance I can recover those scans? They were saved on my device only (I guess). Is there any "cloud" linked to my HP Smart account so I could recover them?

Welcome to the HP Community --

If you saved the documents to your Cloud Storage account, then sure - they are likely "right there".

If you saved the documents only on the now-dead phone, then the documents on still on the now-dead phone.

What about "in the Cloud"?

An HP Smart folder can indeed be created as a sub-folder in your Cloud storage account.

Normally you might remember creating / selecting the destination folder.

That said...

The destination folder details mighty be easy to miss if you were using an HP Smart Shortcut and you kind of bounced through the creation of the Shortcut.

I suggest that you sign into your Cloud account and look for an HP Smart sub-folder -- either on the first tier or perhaps in a sub-folder.
