Hi @Ed457,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To reduce the copy size on your HP OfficeJet 8025e printer, you will access the control panel and adjust the settings accordingly. Follow these steps:

Access the Control Panel:

  • Turn on your printer and ensure it is ready to use.
  • The control panel is usually located on the front of the printer.

Navigate to Copy Settings:

  • On the home screen of the printer control panel, select the "Copy" option.

Adjust Copy Scale:

  • When in the Copy menu, look for an option related to "Scale," "Resize," or "Reduce/Enlarge."
  • Use this feature to select the percentage by which you would like to reduce your copies.
  • Typically, you can set a custom scale from around 25% to 400%, depending on the model.

Confirm and Start Copy:

  • Once you've set the desired reduction percentage, save the settings.
  • Place your original document on the scanner glass or into the document feeder.
  • Press the "Start" button to begin copying at the reduced size.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
