It won't let us register our printer because the serial number is invalid even though we are taking it directly from the printer. Has anyone had this issue before or know of a phone number I can call? The virtual assistant is no help.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number email ID, etc.

 

Also, could you share the serial number in a private message?
