Recently, my HP OfficeJetPro  9015 quit scanning.  I kept getting a message that it wouldn't connect.  I had just been using it the day before.  I decided to uninstall the printer and then reload the drivers like I did when I bought it a couple of years ago.  What is odd is that I also have an HP desktop computer, and I can scan from that one but not from my laptop where I had been doing most of my scanning.  When I did the "Uninstall" the icons on the screen disappeared.  Now, I have been trying to reload the scanner feature back to my laptop, but it just won't complete the reloading.  I have tried using the HP Smart, but for some reason, it just won't work.  I can still print from it, but I can't scan any more.  What do I need to do or who to call?
