HP Envy 6000

I have scanned a document and now realise that it has gone to the HP cloud services. I wish to delete this from the HP cloud services. How do I manage this?

I might not understand your question.

Cloud Storage Services are available from a number of providers, including

Microsoft OneDrive,

iCloud,

DropBox

HP does not -- in so much that I am aware -- provide Cloud Storage.

"Cloud services" used to send a scan to, for example Share (to email), translate the scan content to language suitable for the job type, send the job data to a server for a final path check, and send the content on its way to the destination.

The data is not stored by HP - the transfer is done by machine - no one is reading what you are sending.

There is nothing to "remove".

You can, of course, choose to not use any service that sends data using Cloud or transfer service.

For example, avoid using:

Share (in HP Smart), Scan to Email, Save to Email, ePrint, Print Anywhere, HP Smart > Shortcuts
