I ask the community if any of you had a problem with a replacement printer.  I have no other way to contact HP.  This is the email I tried to send:

 

HOW DARE YOU SEND ME A REFURBISHED PRINTER TO REPLACE MY PRINTER THAT WAS INSTALLED ON February 7, 2023.  I purchased a 3-year warranty that ends in 2026.

 

The printer did not have a printhead or the install cartridges.

 

I expect that a machine that is one-year old to be replaced with a new printer.

 

If you cannot do this for me, I want you to bring the above to the attention of upper management.

 

I'm at the point where I will send you the refurbished printer and trash my original printer and purchase another printer from a different company.  I am the administrative assistant and I purchase printers for the entire building.  

 

I expect an answer to my request within 24 hours.

 

HP should be ashamed of HP because they sell crappy printers.
