HP Recommended

I have reread the thread on this issue several times. I have the N911a. I wish this forum would allow me to upload photos, so that you can see my issue. When I use the scroll button to navigate to "Resize: Actual size", no matter where I press in the resize area, I am taken to a screen with only one option: Actual size 100%, with a check mark. There is no right arrow or arrow of any kind on that screen. My only options are to click anywhere on that screen, which makes the selection to copy at 100%, or to hit the back button, which starts the whole frustrating cycle all over again. I know the calibration of my screen is a little off, but I have tried to allow for that in searching for the elusive missing arrow, to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.
