MY SCANNER SETTINGS ARE SET TO OPEN IN WINDOWS INSTEAD OF ACROBAT PDF. I'VE WENT THROUGH ALL THE SETTINGS AND CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE IT. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? THANK YOU!

IF you are referring to the Windows Print / Scan software "HP Scan" 

Check / Adjust the "after scan" Destination settings

 

Example - HP Scan > Scan Shortcut - Save as PDF > More > Destination

"After saving the file(s)"

  • Open the file
  • Launch Windows Explorer (File Explorer)
  • Do Nothing
