Hello @1823401842 , how are you ?

Please, try the procedures below:

Common causes and solutions
  • Paper jam: Check all paper paths, including the input and output trays, for any obstructions.
  • Ink cartridges:
    • Check if ink cartridges are low or empty, which can trigger an error light.
    • If cartridges are present, remove and reinstall them to ensure they are seated correctly. Clean any spilled ink from the contacts before reinserting them.
  • Paper tray issues: Make sure the paper tray is correctly loaded and that the paper sheets are not misaligned.
  • Connection or power issues:
    • For Wi-Fi problems, a blinking orange light can indicate a network issue. Try reconnecting the printer to the network.
    • Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet to rule out problems with a power strip or surge protector.
  • Scanner calibration: For scanners, an amber light can signal a problem during calibration. Check the scanner bed for any obstructions and ensure the lid is closed properly.
  • Other errors:
    • Serious errors: If a fast-blinking light indicates a serious error, perform a power reset by unplugging the printer for 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
    • Cartridge error: An "E0" error with a flashing orange light often points to a faulty or missing ink cartridge. Reinstall the cartridges to resolve it.

Best regards
