How can I reach a human being at HP for warranty adjustment? I have used the automated help several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have updated drivers. All to no avail. After some forty years of exclusive loyalty to HP printers, it is time to talk to a human being at HP.
These two telephone numbers are reported as "Out of service:" [content removed]
An email to [content removed] has provoked no response after almost 48 hours.
The HP web site ...
... has a link for contacting a support agent ...
... has told me for two days now that that service is down and that they are working on it.
Does anyone have a working telephone number or email address for tech / warranty support?

Hi@JWH4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Assumed that you have installed the FULL feature software. If not, the following resource will help you :
http://123.hp.com/us/en/
Key in your printer model, Operating System, and download & install the FULL feature software.
How to Scan to Computer
Once you have installed the software:
1. Click on the Printer Icon (on your desktop) and it will bring up the HP Printer Assistant.
2. Under the Scan menu, there is a “Manage Scan to Computer”, click on that.
3. Make sure that you “Enable” Scan to Computer. Also make sure the tab “Automatically start Scan to Computer when I log on to Windows” is checked if you want to make this feature permanent. (the following video will show you how)
Keep me posted. Happy to help!
