Scan-To List Contains Dozens of Duplicate Entries

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I choose Scan from the printer control screen (and then choosing COMPUTER), I am presented with a list of destinations & formats, e.g.:

 

PAVILLION

CIC

NEW-ALPINE-SERVER

Scan for Email to PAVILLION

Scan for OCR to PAVILLION

Scan for Email to NEW-ALPINE-SERVER

Scan for OCR to NEW-ALPINE-SERVER

 

...etc.   The problem is that these entries appear over and over and over, I must have 40 or 50 entries, I can't even count.  

 

How is this list generated?  And more to the point, how can I edit it/prune it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the settings on the Printer: Go to the Setup Menu>Printer Maintenance>Restore

 

Once done, setup the Printer.
