Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

Up until yesterday I was able to scan from the printer into the computer.  I began receiving this error message yesterday.  This was through HP Smart scan software.  The printer is through a cable and has worked up until now.  I could still scan through HP scan software.  Did a driver update this morning.  Problem is still there.  Appreciate any help.  Brian
