Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try these steps:

 

1. Download HP Smart app from Microsoft Store

2. Setup printer and ensure the printer is connected to the network

3. Use HP Smart app to scan and save 

 

Alternatively, download and install the HP Universal scan software and use the scan software.
