Hi,

 

When scanning with my HP ENVY-102 everything works as expected, however when I open the scanner file it shows a huge amount of lines that are colored when scanning in color or grey when scanning in shades of gray. 

The document can be seen partly behind these lines and i tried with the HP scanner software and the Windows 11 scanner app. The results are exactly the same.

Attached a file how a scanned document looks like:

Does this mean my beloved HP ENVY scanner died on me or is there some kind of solution? (yes i tried turning it off and on again ;))

What about when you copy an original how is the copy?

The copy looks exactly like the screenprint added.
