Product: HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet 6700 has stopped scanning. HP Scan Doctor says the problem is a "device manager error." I installed the latest software (I think but it still asks me to do this every time). I have tried restarting the computer but the Doctor does not seem to offer any other solutions. Any other things I can try? I am not a computer technician - just a regular user.
