I want to make my scanning faster and need to know how I can save emails to the address book- there's a lot - to save time.
Also want to know if I can create email address groups for customers- like when sending docs to multiple emails.
Thank you SO much for your help with this.

Easiest method is to add addresses through the embedded web server. Enter the IP address of the printer in a browser and login in if you have properly secured your device. If not now is a great time to lock it up to prevent users and hackers from accessing the embedded web server
On the top optiions click on scan/digital send and then contacts on the left side of the screen
You will see you have the option for groups or contacts. If you already have a spreadsheet with the email address list, the easiest option is to create one contact. Export the address book and then use that as a template to fill in the rest. And then import the address book back in.
