Product: HP MFP 227
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer and scanner worked fine for months. Not so anymore. I was able to fix the other issues but still cannot fix these scanner issues:

 

wont scan to email using same settings as before

wont let me set up a scan to network folder

wont scan from the document feeder (yes it is set to scan from document feeder)

 

if i get another suggestion to unplug and repluf etc, i will do so but will then through the thing out the window

 

I have this thing less than a year!
