We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I tried to Scan to Email and the document was not received to the email account.  I tried a second account, same issue, file was not received.  Is there an outage at HP to transmit this file via email?

There must have been an outage. It seems to have been resolved about 3 hours later.  Case can be closed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue  Scan to Email file does not make it to email destiantion. Scan to Email service must have an outage  with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display or error code

3. May I know the operating system?
