Product: LaserJey 500 M570
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to set up the Default SMTP settings for an office email I get the error "Username or password is incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid." 

I know that it was best to use app passwords however Office no longer has that function, I have instead set up trusted IP however that does not work either. Has anybody found a way around this?

 

The current settings I am using are:

SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com

SMTP Port: 587

Always use secure connection (SSL/TLS): Checked
