Hello,

We have been using this printer for some time now.  About 3 weeks ago when scanning to email, it will scan and email up to 13 pages.  If it is 14 or more pages we receive the error: The connection to the SMTP server was lost. Try sending again.

Our mail server has a SMTP connection timeout at 10 minutes.  It also allows unlimited size attachments. 

In our mail server logs, we are seeing: Socket error 10054 - Connection was reset by other side! 

We have made no changes to the printer or mail server.

The printer is connected to our network.

Looking for some guidance.
