Hello,

Recently due to changes **bleep** has made regarding STMP connections we lost connection on our printers with anything that had a **bleep** account for the scan to email set up. To change this I created a separate Outlook email and went through the steps to get it set up and communicating however, when it comes to the final step of testing it fails to send everytime. I've triple check the credentials for the email and port information using smtp.office365.com port 587 however it fails to connect everytime. Scan to email appears to be on, the printer has internet connection but I can not seem to locate the issue. The screen shot below shows the error I have attempted the test with SSL activated and deactivated with the same result. thumbnail_image001.png
