I scanned to email over an hour ago and I still have not received the scanned documents. These documents contain sensitive medical information. It is annoying I cannot talk to someone in HP directly to get a speedy resolution as to where my email has gone

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
