HP.PNGI am trying to find out if the HP scan to email setup page has specific password requirements. We have a few users at our company who keep getting the "username or password are wrong" error message. At the same time we have thousands of users, who are having no issues. We have ruled out the possibility of the issue being network related or AD related since these users use the same credentials to log into their desktops every morning. It seems as if their password combinations are not being accepted.  Please advise.
