Hey everyone!

We cannot use our Scan to EMail function. No idea what could have changed. Just used it last week and as far as i know there has not been any change in our network / or at our mail provider.

When using the Scan to EMail function on the printer it says following after scanning and asking if i want to add a page or send it:
"Scan Error

There was an internal processing error. Please retry or manually check for firmware updates"

When i want to test the e-mail settings on the embedded web server in "Scan" -> "Scan to Email"-> "Outgoing Email Settings" i just get a "System failure" without any information.

I tried to find any kind of log. But there are no useful information. The Event log in "Tools" -> "Reports" shows this error instead of a log:
"System Error

Network connection error. Check network and try again."

While i can connect to the embedded web server and different people can print on the printer using network.

Because of the message in the display i made a firmware update yesterday, many restarts and factory resets, but nothing helped.

Does anybody has an idea what i can do before buying a new one?

Thanks a lot!
