I can't seem to set the setting for eliminating blank pages to work.  I have tested it with mixed documents, but it doesn't even work with a single page that is just printed on one side.  I set it to duplex scanning and elimination of the blank pages (90 threshold), and I end up with 2 pages.  Worse, since I have auto page size detection turned on and auto rotate, it makes it an 11 x 8.47 size paper in a landscape orientation - different from the first page.  It does work if I turn off the auto rotate setting - are these two settings incompatible?
