Product: HP OfficeJet 5230 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When scanning a photograph which covers most of the scan surface I get 4 strips rather than one image.  In other words, in a landscape picture, the resulting scan is in 4 parts:  the foreground and three strips comprising the cloudy sky!  Any solution?

Ignore my last request for help. I figured it out!  In the Easy Scan software program I had to go to Edit Settings and remove

the Crop to: Item Bounds  and modify it to Crop to: None.
