Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

Hello,

i have a question like this: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Scanning-Faxing-Copying/save-multiple-page-scans-from-ADF-as-individua...

I have a HP OfficeJet PRO 9020  (9022)

My problem is, i want to scan during the feeder but split the pdfs in mutliple Files on my network share and not into  a single pdf file.

Is this possible inside the printer?
Or i need code something self to split pdfs before push it to my NAS.

Best Regards.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

HP Scan can separate scanned content according to either blank pages (manually inserted between the documents before the scan is started) or according to the number of pages.

Set the Destination -- "File Type" and "Send To"

The "separator" setting is in HP Scan - Main Menu - More > Document > Adjust

Example - HP Scan - Menu - PDF - More > Document > Adjust

9025_HP_Scan_Menu_PDF_More_More_Document_Adjust_19025_HP_Scan_Menu_PDF_More_More_Document_Adjust_1

HP Universal Scan is an option for this model.

If you are using it, the settings are quite similar to those in the original HP Scan Software.

One difference is that selecting "Send To" on the Universal Scan menu opens More > Destination and opens the Destination line.  The destination  folder can be edited to change / select your mounted (mapped) NAS storage path.

The normal requirements for scanning to the destination apply (Shared folder, signed in, Permission Access for read / write).

Sorry, my question wasn't clear

My Work Process is:
- Put Paper in Feeder

- Start Printer

- Go in Menu To "Scan"

- Scan to Network Folder -> Choose my NAS Network Folder

My  problem is that i get 1 PDF for 3 Documents.

I want 3 PDFs for 3 Documents

I mean, i can change the Suffix / Prefix in WebUI when setup a new Network Folder but not the Number of Files during ADF Scan right?

I cannot check the Scan to Network Folder Profile details on your printer model -- I had a nice OfficeJet Pro 9025 for several years but retired it in favor of the new OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Although the 9135e supports a different EWS format structure, the actual Scan to Network job options are likely not so different from the 9025 setup.

What you can do from the printer control panel and from within EWS are not an exact match, of course.

I do not find a checkpoint to control the Scan output options to the degree you seek.

EWS_9135_Scan_to_Network_Folder_Default_Job_Options_1EWS_9135_Scan_to_Network_Folder_Default_Job_Options_1

I suppose if it is a "thing" and you must have it -- or a facsimile -- a Batch file could be written to control the input exactly as you like it.

This approach is somewhat self-defeating in that you'd still need a way to submit the batch file -- The printer does not do more than what you have found in the Printer Control Panel and / or within EWS.
