Hi,

 

I recently purchase a new laptop Windows 11 Home, and I am facing a difficulty keeping the connection of my HP Scanjet Pro 2500 f1. I have installed the Windows 11 driver of this scanner from HP support, and it will work okay soon as I installed it. But once the scanner has been idle or was turned off, it will loose it's connection already. Once I turned it on again and open the app it will prompt "Scanner communication cannot be established". I've tried uninstalling and installing but same problem will arise.

 

Hoping to get a proper help.
