Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw

I recently bought my printer for my business,  it has been doing a great job printing through usb cable but every time I try to scan anything the Message scanner issue keeps om popping up. I have done everything instructed by the HP scan and print doctor but nothing has seemed to work.
