I have the same problem as posted  ‎04-09-2019 02:58 PM on  ‎04-09-2019 02:58 PM with the subject "Document has a black bar when scanned"

Did some research on this issue and HP has come out with an advisory so some of you might be able to get your machines replaced.

 

I am not able to share any detailed information, but the advisory is in reference to the black stripe issue.

 

Would someone please point me in the direction of the advisory referred to above.
