Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP DeskJet 3755 all-in-one printer and the scanner is making a loud noise when you try to scan. The paper won't even feed through to scan. Like the rollers or whatever catches the paper to feed it through is broken so it can't scan at all. It just keeps making this terrible noise.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP printer parts are broken, in order to fix this issue your printer needs to be repaired or replaced.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options.
