Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is connected to the internet and says connected but when I try to scan it says the printer is unavailable. The troubleshooting video said that if the connected sign is in a cloud then it is connected to an internet source that the computer is not connected to but I know they are connected to the same internet source so I don't know why its showing "connect" in a cloud. I'm not sure how to disconnect the printer from the internet and reconnect it or what else to do for troubleshooting the scanning issue. Any suggestions?
