Scanner doesn't work

HP Recommended
HP Office Jet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When trying to print or scan I had a message come up do you want to allow access to google icloud. I said no nothing happened then I said yes still nothing happened. So I uninstalled everything and reinstalled. Now the problem is I cant scan and I have an error message come up as this. 

Error Code UU_599_XXXXXXXXXX

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues scanning.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the HP Smart App and reinstall it and check whether the issue is resolved.

 

NOTE: Download and install the latest version of the App from the Microsoft store
