Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using an HP Office Jet Pro 9015. While scanning a three page document the scanner feeder jammed. I cleared all three pages but the printer still says it's jammed. I've confirmed there are no pages in the feeder. All pages are intact (no scraps of paper left behind) and I've tried compressed air to move any dust that might be on a sensor. I've also recycled the machine several times. No luck. Any suggestions.
