Product: I have a mac

I have been using my printer/fax and scanner for months. All of a sudden my scanner won't work. The fax and printer is fine. How do I fix this?

@TamiKlinzing, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Also, which app do you use to scan and do you get any errors?
