Hi,

When I try scanning through HP Smart App the printer goes through the motions of scanning but then doesn't prompt any action to save - it just goes back to the scanning interface. Previously, a prompt would show allowing me to save the document to PDF along with other options like removing pages. The funny thing is if I use a simple scan app on my computer it scans fines. The app doesn't give me as many options so it would be nice if HP Smart worked. This issue has been occurring for about three weeks and have had the scanner for about a year+.

I have tried.

-Turning everything off and on. (classic that usually works)

-Updating firmware (already updated)

-Making sure web scans are enabled. They were, not sure if this was even needed but I saw a question that was somewhat relevant.

Any help would be great. Cheers and Happy New Years!

Nick
