Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, scanner has worked perfectly. Then all of a sudden when scanning any documents it shrinks the images. It also does the same thing when making copies from the unit. Printing works just fine. I have repeatedly tried to uninstall, etc. HELP!!!!!!!

I have a similar problem. No one has helped me yet. Do you have the same as in the pictures? The first picture is a print from a PC, the second picture is a copy from the ADF (or glass), the third picture is a sheet from the scanner calibration... I have an HP 700 color mfp m775

No one has helped me either. A HUGE irritation of all HP products - lack of customer service. Mine are doing the same thing. Printing just fine. Then when I scan with either the feeder or the scanner glass, it shrinks the image scanned. HP PEOPLE - HELP US!!!!!!!!!
