My HP Officejet 6700 Premium Printer stopped scanning correctly. It comes over as a jpeg when I press pdf and it looks blank although I can find it in Pictures on my Mac however when I tried to send it to someone they cannot see it. My MAC OS is Ventura 13.0.1.
