Any time I scan and send a document, when the recipient opens the file, it's massive. I am getting complaints that they're having to zoom out to like 20% for the file to be readable. Some computers don't have this issue, but I am wondering if there's a setting on my scanner that's causing this? I've tried everything to fix it to no avail.
