Hi Community. Getting following error when trying to scan "internal processing error. Retry, or manually check firmware updates". Firmware updates, printer, network maintenance everything is up to date. Restarted printer, checked all settings. still will not scan. Scanning was working up to yesterday when I tried scanning another doc. Any help will be appreciated. HP login says there is no in-person support at this time.

Hi there - I am having the same issue - started yesterday and still not working today. Was able to scan to email on Jan 4th - stopped working yesterday and I am getting the same error you have. All my firmware updates are done. Not sure what else to try. Could this be an HP issue? Not sure how to find out.
