Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 - All in One Printer Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Network issue. I can print but I cannot scan to email and it will NOT let me scan to my laptop either. When I tried to set it up it gives me an error message each time. Scan to email says my credentials are incorrect (which shouldn't be the case). To scan to my computer, the network folder keeps saying a problem occurred during the test. It won't work. Not sure what else I can do?? Please help.
