Hello, 

I use the HP Smart app to scan documents from my Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw printer to my computer. I can usually get one or two documents scanned before it stops scanning. The error message "Scanner Problem: a problem with the scanner has been detected. Restart the printer and try to scan again." I have restarted the printer and computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Smart app. It usually is able to scan one document and then the error message appears again. The printer is connected to the computer wirelessly. I am able to print document from my computer but not able to connect the HP Smart scanning to the printer. I have also run the diagnostic tests and nothing! Please help me!
