Hi there, HP support,
I have configured my Officejet PRo 9025 to be able to scan and send mail and everything works fine, except the "From" displayed in the mailbox and set by the printer.
It puts dummy characters in front of the Real name as you can see in the screenshots below.
Can you please help in here ?
