HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 250 mobile is printing as normal. However, the scan facility shows a full of black page. The last time I used this function ( a couple of months ago) it worked fine.

The scanner takes the paper in but when I see the scan on the screen, it is just a black page. I tried turning the paper over just in case I was going it the wrong way round and received the same black scan. I tried to calibrate the scanner but it wouldn't work and i got an error message. I turned off the printer and removed the battery and even downloaded the latest updates but its still not working.

How can I solve the issue?

How does it copy? If the copy isn't OK, then you have a defective device that needs to be repaired/replaced.

Its copying black as well. Only printing from the computer or phone is working perfectly

That confirms you have a defective device. There is nothing you can do, the printer needs to be repaired/replaced.
