We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

All of the sudden I can't use the document feeder to scan a multiple page document. All I get sent to my computer is a blank page. This was working fine on Friday March 12th,  but won't work today. Any ideas?

@pfwsimpson, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Are you using Win PC or a Mac?

 

Try making a standalone copy from the feeder and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Are you able to print fine from a computer?
